| Walter E. Rose, Chairman & Chief
Executive Officer Mr. Rose became Chief Executive Officer of Gibraltar Packaging Group in August of 1995 and has been a Director of the company since 1986. Mr. Rose also serves as President of Rostra Technologies, Inc., a company he co-founded in 1982 with John D. Strautnieks. Rostra Technologies is a manufacturer of automotive electronic components. Richard D. Hinrichs, President & Chief Operating Officer, Director Mr. Hinrichs became President and Chief Operating Officer of Gibraltar Packaging Group in August of 1998. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hinrichs held various positions within Gibraltar’s Nebraska facility since 1963. He has previously served as the facility’s Vice President of Sales from February 1986 through May of 1992, and also President of the Nebraska facility from May of 1992 until August of 1998. John W. Lloyd, Director Mr. Lloyd served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from February 1996 until his resignation in September 2000. Mr. Lloyd continues to serve as a consultant to the Company. Mr. Lloyd has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rostra Technologies, Inc. ("Rostra"), a manufacturer of automotive electronic components, since 1993. Robert G. Shaw, Director Mr. Shaw has been a Director of Gibraltar Packaging Group since 1992. He has also been Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of International Jensen since 1984. International Jensen is an equipment manufacturer that specializes in loud speaker drivers and related components for the audio industry. John D. Strautnieks, Director Mr. Strautnieks has been a Director of Gibraltar Packaging Group since 1986. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Rostra Technologies, which he co-founded with Walter E. Rose. Brett E. Moller, Vice President Finance Mr. Moller became Vice President Finance of the Company in June 2002. He is responsible for all accounting and finance functions for Gibraltar. He previously served as Vice President Finance - Corporate of the Company since September 2000. Mr. Moller also served as Corporate Controller for the Company since his initial hiring in October 1998. Gregory B. Till, Vice President Sales Mr. Till became Vice President of Sales for the Company in February 2004. He had previously served in various capacities within the packaging industry for over 32 years. During these years he has served at the Senior Management level in the positions of Vice President Sales, Chief Operating Officer, and President. Mark A. Lessor, Vice President & General Manager - Nebraska Facility Mr. Lessor became Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s Nebraska facility in July 2003. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Lessor previously served as the Company’s Vice President of Sales since March 2001. In addition he served as the Nebraska facility's Vice President of Sales since 1997, and added sales management responsibilities for the Indiana facility to his duties in 1998. He has held various other positions with the Nebraska facility including, Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Sales Representative since his employment with the Company and its predecessors in 1981. James A. Downey, Vice President & General Manager - North Carolina Facility Mr. Downey became Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s North Carolina facility in August 2005. Before his employment with the company he held various senior management roles in his 37 years in the packaging industry including Regional General Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President of Manufacturing. |
